Presbyterian Women (PW) of FPCA
All women of the church are “Presbyterian Women” and are invited to participate in all of the activities that are offered by the PW. The PW host events as needed, such as memorial receptions or other all-church events.
PURPOSE OF THE PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN PC(USA)
Forgiven and freed by God in Jesus Christ,
and empowered by the Holy Spirit,
we commit ourselves:
>To nurture our faith through prayer and Bible study,
>To support the mission of the church worldwide,
>To work for justice and peace, and
>To build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (USA) and witnesses to the promise of God’s kingdom.
The PW of FPCA meet at the congregation level in “circles”. No matter what the activities, if
women meet to build community, support mission, nurture faith and/or work for justice and
peace, those women are forming a “circle”. FPCA has a PW Circle which meets each month
in the Memorial Parlor for Bible Study and fellowship beginning in September and continuing through June.
Priscilla Circle
Meets at the church at 2:00 pm on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
Anyone is welcome! To join or for more information, contact Ruth Hartman.

Book Club News
The book club meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 1:00 PM in the church library. Do you enjoy reading and talking about books with others? The details of the book club meeting is written in the bulletin of Sunday Worship. Consider joining us! Newcomers are always welcome.
FPCA Men’s Group
FPCA’s Men’s Breakfast is on the 1st Saturday of each month at 8:30 AM in Room 105. This is a great opportunity to meet other men in the church and community. Everyone shares insights and enjoys the fellowship. We have a good hearty breakfast. There is no charge for the breakfast. Donations appreciated to help cover costs. We are usually led in a quick Word-Share-Prayer Bible lesson to lead the group through three sacred moments of engagement with God and with each other. Questions and discussion are encouraged. Anyone is welcomed to join us.
